The bathroom has a walk-in shower and toilet, plus a separate second toilet and washing machine. Outside, you can relax on furnished terraces at the front and back. From the dining room, step onto a sunny terrace with a lounge set, dining table, and BBQ. Down a few steps, you'll find sun loungers and your own jacuzzi/spa, all with sweeping views of the countryside. A shared pool (7 meters across, 1.20 m deep) is also available. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, oven, 4-burner electric stove, fridge with freezer, coffee maker, and kettle. Wi-Fi and a TV with Dutch channels are provided. Pillows, duvets, bed linen, kitchen towels, and bath towels are included. Please bring your own pool and spa towels. At Lougratte (10 km), there is a recreational lake. Just 6 km away is the village of Castillonnès, offering shops such as a large supermarket, bakery, bank, butcher, and restaurants. Bergerac is about a 25-minute drive. Gîte Gauguin features three terraces and a covered outdoor living area with panoramic views.
